Surrounding rock large deformation in tunnel is a common geological disaster. When tunnel construction goes through and squeeze the Compressed Fragmentized Zone, it will easily lead to surrounding rock large deformation to carry out improper excavation. If serious, it will even lead to engineering accidents, such as lining damage, landslide, etc.. Tunnel barrel excavation is an important part of the overall construction, so it is necessary to discuss the tunnel excavation scheme to control surrounding rock deformation. In order to effectively reduce or control tunnel surrounding rock large deformation disasters, this paper, with the tunnel from Mazhu freeway in Yicheng to Baokang freeway in Zengjiapo tunnel as the engineering background, based on the field monitoring data, combines theoretical analysis, experiment exploring, and numerical calculation together to explore measures to control deformation in tunnel engineering.(1).Researches on surrounding rock large deformation in the Compressed Fragmentized Zone in Zengjiapo tunnel. This paper, based on the original data from field monitoring measurement, makes time-space effect analysis on its vault subsidence and horizontal convergence data.(2).For characteristics of the surrounding rock, this paper carries out rock basic physical and mechanical performance test and the triaxial creep test, and obtains the basic physical and mechanical performance parameters of the field rock sample and complete rheological curve.(3).Combined with the theory of excavation damaged zone and rheological properties of Compressed Fragmentized Zone,a method forthe rheological calculation of surrounding rock is put forward.(4).This paper uses FLAC3 D to make optimal selecting Zengjiapo tunnel excavation scheme. In Zengjiapo tunnel, it can effectively control surrounding rock large deformation by adopting parenthetic pilot tunnel excavation with conservation of core soil.(5).This paper uses FLAC3 D to research the long-term stability of the surrounding rock, and puts forward some main points to control tunnel deformation over a long period.
