In recent years,with China’s increasing investment in the infrastructure construction,the highway tunnel has developed rapidly. A large number of major projects was constructed,which fully demonstrates the construction of highway tunnel in our country has entered the fast orbit of steady and rapid development. But because of the complexity, concealment, uncertainty and other features of the tunnel engineering, the tunnel construction process is often associated with various unsafe factors and a lot of security problems. These questions evolves into risky construction accident,which has brought severe losses to the state highway tunnel construction. Therefore,in the process of highway tunnel construction, it is quite necessary to carry out risk assessment analysis.Tunnels construction goes through rich water fault fracture zone,and sudden water and mud inrush and other geological disasters often occurred,which poses serious threat to the tunnel construction safety and restricts the development of tunnel construction. Based on Sanli high-speed ridge tunnel engineering,this paper firstly analyzes the surrounding rock stability of rich water fault fracture zone in the SLATE area,the general fault situation,the perniciousness of rich water fault and the safety risk accident that may happen. Then it makes use of the fuzzy mathematical theory and statistical methods to establish function relation between monitoring data and construction risk rate of rich water fault fracture zone of the tunnel to infer the accident probability and ensure safe and smooth pass through the fracture zone. Meanwhile,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current successful treatment and construction schemes of rich water fault fracture zone and puts forward the risk prevention measure of tunnel construction in the rich water fault fracture zone,and apply the analysis results into the construction in SLATE area rich water fault fracture zone so as to ensure construction safety and minimize the risks.
