With the continuous development of bridge technology, the form of bridge structure update frequently. Extra-dosed bridge has been widely used in the world, especially in East Asia, and developed very rapidly due to its superior performance and attractive appearance and good economic indicators, and so on. Therefore, research on the system process control of extra dossed bridge technology and mechanical characteristics is essential. Based on the research of the structural characteristics and research status in extra dosed bridge at home and abroad, the actual engineering background was selected, and the control technology of construction process in extra-dosed bridge and the variation of mechanical property under different parameters were studied. The main contents are as follows:(1) The finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL was utilized to establish the finite element model of extra-dosed bridge,and the model was corrected combined with the actual bridge structure parameters and material characteristics. According to the actual construction process,the whole control of construction process in extra-dosed bridge was carried out,and the calculation results and actual measurement data was compared, and the correctness of the model was confirmed. The key technique in construction process control of extra dossed bridge was studied. This provides guidance to construction of extra-dosed bridge.(2) The main beam internal force balance equation was established. Based on the modified finite element model, the reasonable cable force of extra-dosed bridge was determined by repeated impact matrix method. Then by changing parameters of extra-dosed bridge(cable-stayed angle, the main beam stiffness and the main tower rigidity), the cable force under the influence of different parameters in extra-dosed bridge was calculated, and the main key sections of bending moment and axial force of the main tower, the main beam deformation was also calculated. The mechanical properties state affected by cable-stayed angle, and the main beam stiffness and the main tower rigidity on extra-dossed bridge was studied, and the analysis results were compared with the original design values. The influence law on variation magnitude under different parameters of the internal forces in the critical section on extra dossed was revealed.(3) By changing mechanical parameters(cable force) and structural parameters of the cable-stayed bridge(the main beam stiffness, the main tower rigidity and main cable area) and other relevant parameters of extra-dosed Bridge, the mode of extra-dosed bridge were analyzed, and the feature value of extra dossed bridge under different parameters was calculated. The steady performance of the extra-dosed bridge under different parameters was studied, and this may provide guidance for the design of extra-dosed bridge.
