| With the rapid development of economy and the accelerating paces on urbanization, the progress of subway has become the metropolitan frist choice to solve the problem which is heavy traffic. The Shield Tunnelling is widely used in the construction of the subway tunnel, earth pressure balance(EPB) shield is widespread used in Shield Tunnelling.Because the earth pressure balance(EPB) shield is suitable in intensive place of the city, which fits the requirements of the construction of city subway. However, the risk management in shield construction in subway tunnel is still a heavy topic.Recently, in China, construction risk management of metropolitan tunnel is still at the initial stage, project managers are lack of risk awareness, and their risk management ability is poor, therefore,at present, project risk management research must be imperative.At first, the thesis, combined with Shield Tunnelling in Subway Construction, analyzes the risk evaluation for tunnel construction across the world, which introduces the definition and characteristics. Taking Tianyuanxi Road station to Qingshuitingxi Road of Nanjing Metro Line 3 for example, the thesis make a detailed analysis and classification from risk identification to evaluation according to its features and the potential risk, especially for risk control. It presents in construction, the relationship between ground works and environment and management, and also propose a remedies.Through the research on Risk Evaluation of EPB Shield Tunnelling, it could smoothly predict and solve the problems we meet, be meaningful to make sure the safety of construction and set an good example for railroading. |
