The system of housingindustrializationisbased on building industrialization,it isa new direction for China construction and development process. The precast andassembled monolithic shear wall structural systemis combined precast technology with shear wall structure,it is appropriate for China housing industry process. The horizontal and vertical connection between the adjacent shear walls is the key issue for the integrity and the anti-seismic capacity of the precast assembled shear wall structural system. In order to promote the application of the precast assembled shear wall structure in practical engineering, this paper has carried on the exploratory experimental study. The experiment research on seismic behavior of two single precast assembled shear walls which under different axial compression ratio, and the horizontal connectionuseclosed stirrup constraining metal corrugated pipe, then theprecast shear wall specimen willcompare with thecast-in-place shear wall specimen. If this horizontal connectioncan ensure the vertical reinforcement reliable connection, this article will carry on further experimental study. The following experiment research on seismic behavior of two I-shape precast assembled shear walls which under different axial compression ratio, their horizontal connection use closed stirrup constraining metal corrugated pipe, and their vertical connection use closed stirrup constraining vertical reinforcement, then the precast shear wall specimen will compare with thecast-in-place shear wall specimen. The tset results indicate that:(1)The anti-seismic capacity of the single precast assembled shear wallspecimen is better than the cast-in-place specimen, especially in the hysteretic energy dissipation, bearing capacity, ductilitycapacity. The failure pattern and stiffness curve of theprecastspecimen are similar to the cast-in-place specimen. The precast specimen exhibited excellent seismic performance,it can indicate that the closed stirrup can effective constraint core concrete of edge artifacts area. The results confirmed thatthe horizontal connection use closed stirrup constraining metal corrugated pipe is reliable.(2)The anti-seismic capacity of the I-shape precast assembled shear wallspecimen is better than the cast-in-place specimen, especially in the hysteretic energy dissipation, bearing capacity and stiffness. The resultsindicates that the horizontal connection use closed stirrup constraining metal corrugated pipe is reliable, as well as the vertical connection which use closed stirrup constraining vertical reinforcement, they can greatly improve the seismic performance of precast wall.It is proposed that the precast shear wall withthishorizontal and vertical connectioncan be regarded as the cast-in-placeshear wall in practicalapplication.(3)Furthermore, non-linear finite element analysis (FEA) of eight specimens are performed based on the general FEA program ABAQUS. The finite element analysisresults had good agreement with the experimental measurements, especially in the peak bearing capacity态stress-strain development and failure mode. It is very helpful for the further study on the seismic behavior of the pre-cast RC shear walls.Through the experiment research and the actual situation of construction site,it is proposed that the precast shear wall with the horizontal and vertical connectioncan can be regarded as the cast-in-place shear wall in practical project. This paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects which are design, finite element analysis and construction,it has positive significance for promoting the application of the precast assembled shear wall structure in practical engineering...
