In recent years, with the development of the society, the urban population concentration was higher and higher which caused high-rise building will be more and more favorred. Rapid development also brought many problems, such as the building fire which leaded from the increased continuously influence city building; The development of the society, also brought the consumption of resources. We should not only pay attention to energy saving, bua also to resist the influence of man-made natural fire.To Study both the heat preservation and heat insulation effect, and the role of firewall wall was the trend of industry’s development.This paper deals with four common precast composite insulation wall insulation and fire resistance analysis. First of all, in hot summer and cold winter area is studied to the requirement of energy-saving insulation wall insulation, validate the wall has good heat preservation performance; Second, by the fire of prefabricated composite insulated wall are experimentally studied with the fire resistance, and fire wall under the temperature field, deformation; Through the finite element analysis of the variety of insulation materials, insulation layer thickness, whether with the axial compression and other conditions on the wall of fire resistance. Through the above analysis, this paper found:this article made four common prefabricated compound insulation wall to hot summer and cold winter area energy-saving insulation wall insulation performance requirements; Different insulation materials of wall insulation and fire resistance effect, EPS and XPS heat preservation material influence on the wall insulation and fire resistance is similar, rock wool insulation material on the wall of fire resistance has increased greatly; Different insulation layer thickness of the wall insulation and fire resistance, proper insulation layer thickness of insulation fire prevention performance improvement is best; Axial compression ratio on the wall deflection has certain effect, but not the smaller the axial compression ratio wall out-of-plane deflection is smaller, instead of the axial compressive ratio appropriate can reduce wall out-of-plane deflection under fire.With the help of finite element software, prefabricated composite insulated wall temperature field under fire has carried on the comparative analysis, found that the present model adopted by the good agreement with the test results, the error is not considering the wall the influence of water vapor and vent. Then set up different thickness of the wall insulation layer model. To study the different thickness of insulating layer on the wall of fire resistance, the influence of the three kinds of the temperature of the wall the same wall thickness difference-distance curve and formula, and different insulation layer thickness the same location-thickness formulas and curves of the temperature, has carried on the induction summary to its rule.We suggestioned the prefabricated composite insulated wall fire resistance method, and put forward a series of measures to improve the structure of the wall of fire prevention performance.
