Research Of Ecological Textile Technology Application In The Civil Aircraft Cabin Design

China’s large aircraft project is in an orderly way, in the industrial upgrading, many domestic manufacturers also want to enter the aircraft industry, in order to enhance the value of products, but the civil aircraft industry has been monopolied by Europe and the United States companies, many domestic enterprises want to understand the requirements of the relevant civil aircraft products. The cabin interior is extremely important among the aircraft structure, it provides cabin for people to work and live,protect members out of hurt and harm, it is the key equipment to the members of the life safety and travel comfortly,it is also one of the main airborne equipments in commercial aircraft projects.This paper applies ecological textile technology to civil aircraft cabin interior, in the perspective of the airworthiness requirements of aircraft cabin interior materials related requirements: 1. Look through the concept of ecological textile, international standards, certification and test analysis of ecological textile standard system; 2. Study the civil aviation regulations of 25 transport aircraft airworthiness standards CCAR25.853(a)(c) the seat of the flame retardant requirements, identified the CCAR25.853 clauses(a) seat cushion material for inspection during the flame retardant properties of fire; Seat cushion CCAR25.853 clause(c) for inspection during crash fire flame retardant properties. Aircraft cabin interior materials require the use of vertical combustion method,Burning velocity, self-extinguishing and combustion performance standards and according to the combination of the seat cushion sample burner experiments are carried out; 3. The smoke density test method, appendix F firstⅤpart on the basis of CCAR25 smoke density test; According to the HB7066, General part of nonmetal materials to produce toxic gas combustion chamber test method of toxic gas test. Toxic gas measurements must be in accordance with HB/Z 277-1995, The flame aircraft cabin materials optimal design criteria requirements.This topic is based on practical application, the development of ecological textile technology on the flame retardant textiles production prospects, The flame retardant cabin interior textiles used in civil aircraft industry mostly relies on import, domestic companies need to improve test method, set up product standards to intensify the combustion performance of flame retardant textiles.
