Automobile safety airbag is an important part of automobile passive safety system, which has gradually become one of the modern automobile standard parts. With the chinese automobile production and sales increased year by year, the demand is increased and promote the development and application of air bag production equipment. In airbag production, airbag folding is an important process in airbag production process, which requirements in the folding process maintain a constant tension. The too large or too small tension will produce different defects, that will affect the effect of the work of automobile safety airbag, and the protection performance is greatly reduced. under the funding from research on the key technology of the nationalization of automobile airbag production line that is one of ten major scientific and technological projects from Science and Technology Department of Jilin province. this paper carried out the system of automobile safety gas bag folding device to maintain a constant tension. The study was completed on the following aspects:1. In order to solve the problem of constant tension, a typical tension dynamics model is set up through the analysis of the problems of air bag tension generation and effect, and the air bag tension wave motivation in the process of airbag folding. This model can fully reflect the actual state of the air bag in the folding, such as the change of air bag real-time radius and requirement of motor speed etc.2. In order to solve the tension fluctuation of airbag folding quality influence, the motor control model is set up based on adaptive fuzzy sliding mode variable structure control strategy, which can automatically adjust the size of sliding mode gain according to the motor state to improve the control ability of self adjustment and weaken the effect of the chattering in sliding mode.3. In order to the problems of the friction and interference in the servo system, proposing compensation scheme based on decomposition control. Interference system is divided into two parts in the system, one is deterministic disturbance and the linear part in friction which the use of feedforward compensator can be fully compensated; the other part is the uncertainty disturbance and the nonlinear part of the friction model which uses the disturbance observer to compensate. Use MATLAB software SIMULINK module and combine adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control to simulate the PMSM, verify the feasibility of tension control in closed-loop tension system.4. Configurating the system of the software and hardware and building the experimental platform. The hardware configuration includes PLC-300 which produced by Sieme, servo controller etc. The software design uses Lab VIEW tools to design main program of tension control system. Through the experimental analysis verify feasibility of the system hardware, analysis the waveform, experiment show that the motor has the good dynamic and static performance. The tension control effect can achieve the desired effect. The airbag folding device has good flexible processing capacity. |
