Application Of Field Bus In The Manufacturing Process Of Heavy Duty Vehicle Rear Axle Housing

Heavy duty vehicle rear axle housing is one of the most important parts of the vehicle, which direct impact on heavy duty truck carrying capacity, transport capacity and safety and other important performance. At present, the production process of the production process is relatively low, which directly affects the production efficiency and quality of the drive axle housing. With the rapid development of computer and network technology, field bus technology has a very important application in the field of industry. Heavy axle shell production line with field bus technology can not only save the amount of hardware and investment, save maintenance costs, but also can realize the transmission of information between the heavy axle shell production line equipment, improve production efficiency and reduce labor productivity. So it has great practical significance and good application prospect to study the automation control system in the manufacturing process of heavy duty vehicle rear axle housing based on field bus. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, the structure of PROFINET field bus is introduced in this paper. And the communication standard and the application in the field of automation of PROFINET field bus are deeply analyzed.Secondly, the production line process of heavy vehicle driving bridge shell is in-depth analyzed. All the processes of the production line components and hardware configuration for the heavy vehicle driving axle production line automatic control system are studied.Thirdly, combined with the actual working conditions of the production line of heavy duty truck drive axle housing, the hardware system of the drive axle housing production line is designed. The hardware system includes the upper computer system hardware system and the slave computer hardware system.Finally, on the basis of production line hardware system for the heavy duty truck drive axle, the control system software of heavy duty truck drive axle housing is designed based on PROFINET fieldbus. And heavy vehicle driving bridge shell production line is commissioned. So the automatic control of heavy truck drive axle production line is come true based on PROFINET fieldbus.
