This paper collect, sort out the data and information relating to the tunnel blasting vibration, the definition of tunnel blasting vibration effect, content, harm and blasting safety criterion are discussed and summarized.Level of surrounding rock of shallow buried section, V, large cross section tunnel excavation with double wall pilot tunnel method and smooth blasting excavation scheme formulated and excavation process was introduced in detail. Are analyzed and the results of blasting after the optimization of blasting scheme, puts forward the measures for decreasing the blasting vibration in the process of tunnel blasting excavation, in order to the engineering analogy and numerical simulation method on integrated application of excavation scheme more reasonable, scientific,economic, and security.Application of ANSYS finite element software LS-DYNA module, the material parameters, boundary condition, the blasting load is analyzed and processed. To build the tunnel blasting vibration effect on the transient analysis model, the post-processing analysis of blasting vibration effects on the tunnel structure,including the blasting vibration in the propagation process of tunnel structure,blasting the equivalent stress in the changing law of the tunnel cross section area, the blasting vibration velocity, blasting vibration safety assessment, elaborated the tunnel blasting vibration effect using the ideas and methods of numerical simulation and finite element numerical analysis. |
