With the new development of old industrial base, it will make a significant contribution to our country’s economic development in 21 st century. So, the infrastructure construction in the northeast will become a top priority, especially the construction of railway, highway. However with the large-scale construction of high-speed railway in the cold, the northeast cold area of frozen soil problems becoming one of the major problems in high speed railway construction that we must solve. In order to prevent frost heave diseases of subgrade, the method of thermal insulsation measures in deep seasonal frozen soil region were studied. This paper based on the test section HAQI railway subgrade section DK219 + 850 on the basis of long-term monitoring data, Using ABAQUS finite element software, Study the thermal insulation effect of subgrade after take the heat preservation measure, It is concluded that subgrade laid the reasonable width and thickness of thermal insulating material, as well as thermal insulation and insulation materials used in combination with the effective combination of forms. In addition, Based on the calculation results of the temperature of subgrade, Numerical simulation of thermal-mechanical coupling of subgrade, Analysis and calculation of temperature field changes and the impact on the distribution regularity of deformation field after subgrade take heat preservation measures, It is concluded that the thermal insultion material is laid on the surface of subgrade and the surface of slope, The prevent of the best effect of subgrade soil frost heave.
