With the speeding up of urbanization in our country, the subway rail transit in city traffic will be increasingly important position occupied. The large scale development of subway rail transit will inevitably produce line cross, transfer at the same time, it is bound to be a lot of cross-node stations and tunnel crossing problems. With the background of the excavate of line 14 underpass the existing line 5 of the engineering Puhuangyu station, the existing station Sidewall opening and to do the transfer channel. discuss the construction technology of the new Tunnel underpass line 5 station, the construction of transfer passageway as well as,the construction of Curved wall opening. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, by way of finite difference software FLAC3 D, the 3D Numerical model was established to study effects of three different of construction method on the existing subway structure deformation and additional stress induced by undercrossing construction, in order to determine the construction method.Secondly, by way of software FLAC3 D, 3D analyses were performed to simulate the construction procedures of the construction of transfer passageway and the construction of Curved wall opening, including the variation of ground movement and existing structures in the construction process of the transfer channel and the construction of Curved wall opening is revealed. Finally, according to Field monitoring, Thereby promptly improve construction technology or adjust the design parameters of Support structure, it completes information-based construction and guarantee the construction safety.
