Tower crane is the most important modern industrial and civil building construction machinery. In the process of high-rise building construction, its efficiency is higher than other types of crane.With some examples of projects under construction as the background, the project adopts the type of QTZ80 tower crane safety analysis. Of tower crane foundation bearing capacity and structure calculation, it is concluded that could satisfy the requirement of construction of the tower crane foundation design scheme, to ensure that in the actual production of tower crane foundation can meet the needs of the operation.Tower crane based on the actual production needs, in this paper, the related theory and implementation principle of the finite element method is used for tower crane are analyzed, on the basis of analysis about the structure of tower crane, combined with the modeling of tower crane, the unit and constraint processing and external load, the direction of the work.The research mainly from the process of static analysis and dynamic analysis of two aspects; Analysis software using the large finite element software ANSYS, static and dynamic conditions of displacement and stress distribution, and compare, and design the theoretical basis for the evaluation of the results of analysis comparison.Aimed at combining engineering examples, this paper analyzing the foundation of tower crane design and computer engineering in China means to do further research, and hope this paper by using the method to guide the construction field can be used for reference for the safe use of tower.
