With the rapid development of the technology of power system renewable energy sources, integration of wind power in the power system has become larger and larger, more and more large-scale wind farms have been integrated into the grid in China, and the scale will be further enhanced. With the penetration level increasing, the impact of wind power on power system dynamics and stability become increasingly complicated, which make it necessary to research on a series of technology problems of wind power integrated system. According to the data of current situation and development plan in Hainan power grid, the electromagnetic transient model for power system with wind power was established in detail. this paper has roundly and thoroughly analyzed the influence on power system stability and safety which large scale grid-connected wind farms bring to the power system, and put forward the corresponding recommendations and operational control strategies.The paper analyzes the characteristics of renewable energy wind power and effect of cluster synergy, the influence of renewable energy with different geo-spatial and temporal scales and characteristics of development are researched, and the structure, mathematical model and control strategy of permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbines and DIFG were analyzed. The effectiveness of regulating the model established in this paper is verified by the simulation results of transient characteristic and real-time simulation.The operating characteristics of synchronous generator are analyzed, the characteristic quantity for synchronous generators grouping are extracted based on large-scale analysis of nonlinear power identification feature. Cluster analysis for extracting feature amount is developed based on the fuzzy clustering algorithm, and aiming at overcoming the shortcoming of traditional algorithm which are based on the gradient descent way to close cable and easily fall into local optimum,a fuzzy clustering algorithm with chaos particle swarm optimization is proposed, thus dynamic equivalence for generator system is developed. A new scheme of RTDS dynamic equivalence for wind turbines power system is proposed to adapt to the response in large scale power system. Hainan power grid is selected as a demonstration grid with integration of renewable energy sources and the model including four grade voltage levels is established.The paper developed a series of simulation studies based on the simulation system. The supporting rule of doubly-fed wind turbines revealing on the transient voltage is inferred based on RTDS. The influence on transient voltage stability by changing the wind power penetration rate is analyzed in simulation through the access of equivalent wind farms. The stability and security of power system and the operation of devices are researched after the large disturbance occurred based on the advantage of closed-loop between RTDS and stability and security control devices. The correctness of the device operation and applicability of the control policy were verified.
