In recent years, with the concept of ecological civilization becoming more and more popular, the promotion of green, recycling and low-carbon development has received widely attention in power grid. Comprehensive Evaluation of green level and energy saving of the power stations and substations has also been taken seriously. At present, pumped-storage power station is under rapid development in C hina. However, the construction and operation of pumped-storage power station consume great amount of energy and building materials, which create great impact on the environment and land use. The green level of pumped-storage power station is related to the socialawareness of the necessity and energy efficiency of the construction. In this context, it is in urgent need to establish a set of evaluation system to make proper position and promote the development of green pumped-storage power station.Firstly, the paperdefines the meaning of green pumped storage power station. On the premise of eligible project efficiency, safety and quality, usingvarious of green technology in the whole life cycle of pumped storage power station, to reach a higher level in all aspects including resources saving, ecological environment protectionand pollution reducing, providing of a healthy, appropriate and efficient conditions for operators, and harmony with the surrounding environment.Secondly, the paper establishes a green evaluation index system for pumped-storage power station. Based on the domestic and foreign comprehensive evaluation methods and research results, combining economic and environmental characteristics of the southern region, then establishing the green evaluation system of pumped storage power station based on the design, construction and operation period of the pumped storage power station, and expanded from "energy, materials, water, land saving and environmental protection" and other aspects.Then, the paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of green level of pumped storage power station based on objective and subjective weighting method and linear integrated evaluation method. The paper uses order relation analysis, entropy method and scatter method to determine the weight of the indicators, then use the linear integrated evaluation to establish the comprehensive evaluation model. Then, taking an example analysis of energy saving comprehensive evaluation of two pumped storage power station in operation period. The research improves the scientificity and operability of green evaluation system of pumped storage power station.Finally, in order to promote the coordinated development of pumped storage power stationin terms of economy, resources and environment, the paper conductesa preliminary study based on the minimum of total investment, the minimum of total energy consump tion and green evaluate optimal multi-objective optimization calculation, etc,and makesproposals of building a green pumped storage station. |
