Interface layer has multiple functions in polymer solar cells(PSC), it can improve the power conversation dramatically. And the current interface layers materials are mainly polymers and inorganics. However, the polymer has the disadvantage of batches difference, while the inorganic materials are not suitable for solution processing. We applied the small molecular material Tm PyPb and Tm3PyP26 PyB as cathode interlayer of polymer solar cells by solution processing. TmPyPb is a classical electron transport material containing pyridine units often used for the OLED devices. It has a high triplet energy level and high electron mobility(10-3 cm2 V-1 S-1), so that it can effectively improve device performance especially for Blue OLED devices while the turn voltage is low. And Tm3PyP26 PyB is also a pyridine containing material that has similar function for OLED.In addition, we applied three materials containing fluorenyl group with the peripheral side chains, which is synthesized by members of our group, TPA-3FEP, TPP-3FEP and TPZ-3FEP for bulk heterojunction solar cells. It has modification function for cathode electrode as containing phosphate polar side chains. What’s more, it has a water-alcohol solubility. Because the intermediate core has different electron-withdrawing ability, we can study electron-withdrawing ability difference impact on the modification of ITO.Finally, we applied organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials CH3NH3PbI3 and CH3NH3PbBr3, which have excellent optoelectronic properties, for the preparation of light-emitting diodes and study the emission characteristics. We also try to improve its efficiency by improving the process conditions.
