In recent years, with the rapid development of underground space development, China has stepped forward the time of high demand of tunnel segment. In order to resolve the contradiction between the thin city land and people s needs of convenient travel, more and more underground railway stations will be built. Many problems come with the tunnel segment. The first is the problem of the laying problem of segments. The segments that mechanical and electrical installation should be installed in the subway tunnel is numerous and complex layout of equipment. This thsis explores the differences of tunnel segment on embedded inserts and traditional technology. Pre buried bolt casing does slight damage to the tunnel structer, equipment installation efficiency can be improved and the operation period is easy to be replaced,besides, pre buried bolt casing is good economy,better to healthy of the worker. From the long-term benefits and the operation of the subway, embedded technology is a much better consideration to the tunnel segment.Therefore, some deeper and comprehensive researches for tunnel segment should be done.In this thesis, the research is based on the shield tunnel assembled project. Through the pre buried bolt experimental study on the mechanical property of casing and numerical methods, analysing the effect of pre buried bolt casing on the shield segment structure of shield tunnel lining structure in the assembly, the use of the process and the influence of mechanical properties under different conditions with or without pre buried bolt sleeve on the segment structure. The main work and conclusions are as follows:1. By means of mechanical test, the mechanical properties of the pre buried bolt casing under the action of axial tension, tension shear and fatigue load are studied,we can concluded that the ultimate bearing capacity of the same type pre buried bolt casing is increased with the length of embedded length,but the buried angle of the pre buried bolt casing does little matter to the ultimate bearing capacity.2. This thsis explores the effect of pre buried bolt casing on the shield segment structure of shield tunnel lining structure in the assembly, the use of the process.By building mechanical model to simulation the influence under different conditions with or without pre buried bolt sleeve on the segment structure,we can get that pre buried bolt casing does little influence to maximum displacement and bending deformation of the tunnel segment. The influence of the pre buried bolt casing on the structure of the top cap is the biggest, the axial displacement relative to the conventional block segment increased by 4.14%.thus,we can make a conclusition that the pre buried bolt casing does little influence to the tunnel segment structer.
