Pulse Width modulation DC-DC converter has the characteristics of high efficiency, small volume, light weight, which is widely used in electricity, communications, transportation and other fields. With the development of the related fields, higher requirements for the performance of DC-DC converter are put forward. There for, the design of DC-DC converter with high performance is of great significance. The main factors affecting the performance of the DC-DC converter has two aspects of converter topology and control method. From the two aspects, this paper studies a kind of improved topology structure and the digital control of DC-DC converter with high performance.Double compound dual switch forward converter which can realize ZVS through phase-shift control is studied. The working principle of the converter is analyzed in detail, the division of working mode and key waveform of the circuit working in steady state is given, as well as the equivalent circuit diagrams and mathematical relationships. Some key problems are analyzed in detail and several important conclusions are obtained. On the basis of theoretical analysis, according to the given technical indicators, the hardware part design of the experimental prototype is carried out, which includes the parameter design and component selection of the main circuit, drive circuit and the voltage signal detection circuit. The simulation of main circuit topology of the converter is carried out in the PSpice environment.The design process of software based on F2812 is given. The generation of PWM signal with phase shift and dead zone time, the realization of digital controller and the elimination of limit cycle oscillation are studied. The small signal model of the phase-shifted control ZVS double compound dual switch forward converter is established. The PI controller and ADRC controller is designed respectively, and the performance of the two kinds of controller are compared through the simulation in Simulink environment.Experimental research on the prototype has been done. The results of experiment prove the theoretical analysis and all of the indexes meet the design requirements.
