Recent years, people have an increased need to comfortableness along the fast development and furious competition of automobile industry. During the development of automobile, there are improvements in engine vibration and noise control, engine and the key parts of whole car vibrate isolation – engine mounting system. The design of engine mounting has transferred to experimental data oriented from experience oriented. Some advanced engine mounting structures and techniques appeared; every different engine and car combination requires some specified parameter Electro-hydraulic servo elastomeric testing system becomes key experimental equipment in this field.This article reforms the control system of an existing elastomeric testing system according to customer requirements. As a result, the test accuracy, bandwidth and human-computer interface of the existing system are greatly improved. From the topic background and research purpose, this article studies deeply the electro-hydraulic servo elastomeric testing technique, build modle by MATLAB/Simulink for system analysis. Design and build up a high performance sensor conditioner for sysrem to fulfill customer’s requirements.The electro-hydraulic servo elastomeric testing system designed in this article fulfills customer’s requirements, and it works stable after the delivery.
