| With the rapid development of automotive technology, the traditional way of wiring has become less and less capable to meet the demand for automotive digitalization, body control system equipped with control chips has been widely used.Among a variety of body network protocols, CAN bus with its prominent real-time performance, reliability and flexibility, has become the most widely used automotive bus. CAN bus not only enhances the reliability but also reduces the wiring harness, simplifies the body cabling, reduces the probability of failure. What’s more, it can enable the system to share information among electronic equipments.To fully understand how CAN bus works and be ready for the subsequent work, CAN bus development, basic structure and protocol is studied in this paper. Further more, basic structure, protocol of CAN bus, hardware components, topology, transmitter and reciever are studied.In order to achieve the basic functions of the body control system and provide a better using experience, wireless anti-theft module, lamp modules, combined switch, door modules are designed. Their PCBs are made and software is programmed so that the communication between modules and the basic functions are realized.In order to further enhance the reliability of the system, the idea of the redundant CAN bus body control is brought out. After comparing the advangtages and disadvangtages of various redundancy schemes, according to the actual situation of the subject, CAN transceiver and receiver redundancy scheme is choosen.The way to detect the corresponding fault is analysed and the hardware circuit is built, the software program is written.To let users monitor the information more easily, vehicle monitoring system is developed.Through touch screen, user can know the basic information such as speed, position and temperature easily, what’s more,user can monitor the status of doors, lights, windows. When the failure occurs, alarm is given.Finally, system is tested both in the laboratory and on the Shanghai Aerospace Automobile electromechanical Company’s platform, the test results show that: the entire system is stable, communication reliability is strong and design requirements are met. |
