Because of its special geographical resources, safe, clean, reliable energy is regarded as necessary condition for normal production and life of the island residents and better development of island resources. For i problems of lack of electricity which often occurs in sland, the best choice for the economic development, energy utilization and environment protection of the island, is to make full use of the island of sea renewable energy sources such as wind power and solar energy power generation, develop many kinds of energy distributed generation, to design a micro grid system of wind power, photovoltaic power generation, diesel engine power and energy storage.This paper first analyzes the typical form of energy in the island on, and then describes three common control principle of micro power supply of island, analyzes the two major ways of micro power grid operation control, master-slave control strategy and equivalent control strategy. According to the characteristics of the island, micro power grid comprehensive control strategy research is carried on thoroughly from the design idea, the control strategy and the constraint conditions of the micro power operation.Selecting Guishan island micro power grid of Guangdong province as research object, based on SIMULINK simulation software, this paper set up an island micro grid model consists of wind generating set, diesel generating sets of distributed power supply and battery energy storage device. Applying master-slave control strategy on comprehensive control of Model, this paper set up the model of distributed power supply and battery energy storage device controller. The simulation grid mode is studied including the power response of a power supply when the wind speed changes in incorporation mode, each power supply response in a lonely island mode, and the grid parameters transient response characteristics when load changes. The simulation results show that the proposed control scheme can realize island micro grid stable operation and optimizing operation, which verifies the validity of the proposed control scheme.
