| Mobile harbor crane is a multi-purpose lifting equipment with good mobility, nice adaptability and excellent economy, which has been widely used in port container, cargo and bulks lifting fields. And it has a history of nearly sixty years in overseas. At present, its main market and technology are monopolized by foreign manufacturers, in our country has not been designed and manufacturing enterprises.it has some technical difficulties. Structure design and welding technology is one of the key technologies.This thesis is based on the SGQ105 G model of mobile harbor crane, From the structural design of the whole machine to the production, combining the analysis software and test method to analyze the characteristics and requirements of the structure design and welding process. The application of high strength material in structure and the properties of welding process are studied. At the end of the prototype, the performance of the whole machine is tested. Verify the feasibility and reliability of structure design and welding process. The studies content and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through research and analysis of the working characteristics of Mobile harbor crane,The boom was designed for steel pipe truss structure that Variable section four chord structure, And the finite element analysis model is established. The strength and stiffness of the boom under different working conditions are analyzed. Through the analysis result, we can know that the structure of the arm is more uniform. The main stress concentration in the range of the oil cylinder hinge point and the position of the rib plate. The whole structure is in accordance with the working requirements of crane.(2) Using the simulation software, the structure of the tower is optimized, and the appropriate hinge point is selected.(3)In order to reduce the weight of the whole machine and improve the performance of the whole machine, the structure of the arm is made of high strength material HSM770 instead of ordinary steel in order to obtain better strength and rigidity.(4)The welding performance of high strength material HSM770 was analyzed by experiments. The results show that the welding performance and mechanical properties of the high strength material can be ensured by using some measures and welding technology.(5)Complete the production and manufacture of the whole machine. The reliability of the structure design is verified by the performance test and the quality inspection. And high strength steel HSM770 has good welding performance, is suitable for the development of Mobile harbor crane product. |
