In recentdecades, the development of gas turbine technology has been the focus in the national industry. In China, the studystarted a bit late, but as thegovernment paying more and moreattention to it, in recent years, the domestic gas turbine industry has entered a period of rapid development. Also,a lot of money and manpower have been invested for researches. Through the efforts of all the aspects, it made a great achievement in this field, especially on the key technology in the gas turbine, for example, the cooling technology for heat load component. Under a lot of researches and experiments, cooling technology obtained a great progress. This paper explores the principle of the film cooling and the key waytopromote the technology by experiments. It studied the relationship among the related parameters, including geometric and flow parameters, with the cooling efficiency and the discharge coefficient, andsummarized the geometric structure of the film hole and how the mainstream and secondary flow impact on the film cooling effectiveness, then fitting the related empirical formulae, constructing the superposition method of multi-row hole, providing help for the practical application. The research shows that there are very close relations among the cooling efficiency with the blowing ratio, the holeangle, the length to diameter ratio and so on. The efficiency first increases and then decreaseswhen the blow ratio increases. Also, the change of the holeangle and the length to diameter ratio canwork well. As fordischarge coefficient, the results show that thefilm holeangle and the length to diameter ratio have a bigger impact on it, and blow ratio is also one of the important factors.Fromnumerical simulation, this article studied the film cooling by using different turbulence models. It obtained the phenomenon and the conclusion which are consistent with the experimental researches, and this paper also calculated convective heat transfer. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient has close relations with blow ratio, and this coefficientalso reflects the advantages and disadvantages of cooling effect. |
