The nonlinear dynamics of the hydrodynamic journal bearing of flexible rotor system by static and dynamic characteristics are analyzed and the research, more researched in this field of the hydrodynamic journal bearing oil film force, the electromagnetic force of magnetic bearing and so on, the study is the most prominent of which is nonlinear oil film force of the hydrodynamic journal bearings. The work presented base on the hydrodynamic journal bearing’s journal tilt rotate as the research object, the unbalance response of rotor system of the hydrodynamic journal bearing and bearing rotor system stability characteristics are analyzed and the research. The bearing journal model that rigid disk is being installed on the flexible shaft, the ends of the rotating shaft is installed on two separate nonlinear hydrodynamic journal bearing, the model based on the Reynolds equation by finite difference method to solve the model.An oil-film force model of a hydrodynamic journal bearing is established. Then, the iteration solving fluid mechanics of Reynolds equation by finite difference method,obtaining the bearing oil film pressure distribution, the quadratic integral oil film pressure distribution of hydrodynamic journal bearing and hydrodynamic journal bearing support reaction force are obtained. According to Newton’s law, hydrodynamic journal bearing oil film support reaction force gain can be obtained at any position of acceleration, velocity and displacement, hydrodynamic bearing axis trajectory through above results to get the corresponding axis trajectory. According to the hydrodynamic bearing axis trajectory of convergence and divergence conditions to obtain critical speed of the hydrodynamic bearing. Getting the critical speed of only under specific parameters to get results and not universal. Finally, Professor Xu Wu Bin propose of using the dimensionless parameter Op and obtained stability critical curve plot, and universal significance.On the basis of the above theory, the flexible rotor system of the hydrodynamic bearing dynamic conical misalignment dynamics characteristics are analyzed and researched. Hydrodynamic journal bearing axis of rotation shaft that in elastic deformation occurred during the operation, thus the journal of the hydrodynamic journal bearing has occurred tilt in the hydrodynamic bearing holes. The movement type of the journal have translation motion and conical motion of superposition, so the two kinds of motion respectively to mathematical modeling and dynamical modeling when the dynamics of research to hydrodynamic journal bearing. Analysis of hydrodynamic bearing in thehorizontal direction and vertical direction of perturbation incremental effect on the hydrodynamic bearing dynamic characteristics. Though respectively from the horizontal and vertical direction of perturbation incremental to analyze the journal at any position of the acceleration, velocity and displacement. Hydrodynamic bearing axis trajectory through the above analysis to get the corresponding for horizontal and vertical axis trajectory of perturbation of incremental change.
