Electric loading servo system is widely used in aerospace, industrial control and automobile load simulation system, etc. The quickness and accuracy of electric loading servo system are the most important indicators to measure its performance. The position disturbance of bearing system and the inherent nonlinear of the system are the main causes of torque tracking error in the system. In this paper, the electric servo loading system is based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor which is taken as the loading motor. To solve the position disturbance caused by bearing system and the nonlinear of system, the position feedforward compensation control and the fuzzy self-tuning PID control are applied to large torque, high dynamic electric servo loading system. At last, it meets the performance index.Firstly, the research background and significance of permanent magnet electric loading system are analyzed, this paper briefly describes present situation of the electric loading servo system and its control strategy, the key problem of the electric loading servo system is analyzed. By deriving the mathematical model of electric loading system, a mathematical simulation model of electric loading servo system is established.Secondly, the double closed loop of current and torque control strategy is adopted. On the basis of simulation, the PI controller in torque loop is designed. By combining with position disturbance problem, position compensation feedforward controller is designed, the simulation confirms the position compensation feedforward controller can reduce the torque tracking error. According to the characteristics of the servo loading system, fuzzy self-tuning controller in the torque loop is designed, the simulation confirms the control strategy of load torque servo has a good track effectiveness.Finally, the experimental platform is set up, the composition and hardware selection of the system is introduced, the basic function of loading system about software is realized, the static load experiment, step torque dynamic loading experiment and sinusoidal torque dynamic loading experiment are carried out, it confirms that the loading servo system reached the basic performance index.
