With the continuous deterioration of the environment and consumption of the non-renewable energy, plug-in electric vehicles(PEVs) have rapidly develop, and the technique of Vehicle-to-Grid(V2G) has been widely studied as well. If we can reasonably use renewable energy and electric vehicles into the grid and control the vehicles charging in sequence, we can achieve full utilization of energy and regulate frequency and voltage of the grid. The purpose of this thesis intends to guide the charging of large-scale PEVs, and use the PEVs as distributed power suppliers to supply frequency and voltage amplitude adjustment services to the grid. This paper proposes a price update mechanism as the algorithm of V2 G control system. This algorithm does not require the owners of PEVs to submit price and maximum power they can be supplied to the grid. For the grid price, the owners can make allocation policy decision according to their cost functions and battery capacity. Then the grid update the price by all PEVs’ allocations. Finally we choose the allocation when the price dose not change as the optimal one.In this paper, we prove the principle of the price update mechanism and the optimal allocation strategy of this algorithm is the optimal one of the users and the V2 G system. We use centralized control and distributed control methods to do the numerical simulation, and the result shows that the allocation of the price update mechanism converges to the centralized control result.
