Because of the rubber materials with good damping effect, therefore it is widely used in vibration and noise reduction device of vehicle system with the effect of absorption of low frequency and high frequency vibration and noise. Rubber absorber is the key component in the vehicle vibration system, its performance is good or not has a significant influence to reduce the vibration, noise and comfort of passengers. Rubber absorber in the actual work environment is easily affected by the factors of aging and fatigue, causing stiffness and daming etc deviate from the normal range gradually. And the vibration reduction performance and service life is closely related with its dynamic and static performance. So it is necessary to study the influence of aging and fatigue on the dynamic and static performance of rubber absorber.Through the experiment,studying change of the dynamic and static parameters of rubber absorber in aging test and fatigue test. Also, the combined influence of aging and fatigue on the vibration transmission rubber absorber is analyzed and predict its service life. This provides theory for replacement and maintenance of rubber absorber. The main contents are as follows:(1) By consulting literature material. Summarize dynamic, static performance and aging, fatigue research status. At the same time, analyze several common failure modes of rubber absorber. Make the rubber floor absorber as an example, studying the dynamic and static performance parameters, the vibration theory in detail.(2) The influence factors of affecting aging and fatigue of rubber absorber are discussed. The high and low temperature accelerated aging test and fatigue test are carried out respectively. And analysis the experimental results. The results show that aging makes the dynamic and static performance change, the higher aging temperature, changing trend more obvious; fatigue makes dynamic and static performance also change, The larger pre displacement-amplitude, changing trend more obvious, and the changing trend starts to shorten when the fatigue is to be a certain extent.(3) The study of vibration transmission after aging and fatigue are carried out respectively. By orthogonal test, combined influence of aging and fatigue on the vibration transmission of rubber absorber is studied. According to range analysis, the primary and secondary order of the factors affecting the performance are discussed. The study shows that the primary and secondary influence of the vibration transmissionon are as follows: aging temperature, aging time,predisplacement-amplitude and fatigue times.(4) Choose static stiffness as evaluation index of aging performance, aging life prediction model is established and validate the prediction model. The results show that the coincidence between the test curve and the simulated curve is good.That means the aging life prediction model is applied. The static stiffness is predicted and the service life of rubber absorber is about 11.2 years when the static stiffness variation rate is 30%.
