At present, China loader industry chain has a blind expansion, lack of core technology, advanced cases of plagiarism emulate drawbacks, its traditional loaders lack of core competitiveness in the international market.The development of the steering system which as the core technology of the system loader is so slowly,traditional steering system is mainly composed of the mechanical structure and the hydraulic system, whose existence low efficiency, high labor intensity, high noise and oil pollution, steering mode single and other shortcomings.In order to improve the traditional steering system of loader and solve the problems to improve the competitiveness of loader at home and abroad,this paper combines the electronic circuit technology, micro controller technology, hydraulic transmission technology,mechanical design and manufacturing technology and sensor technology to carry out innovative design of loader steering system,improving the mechanical structure and hydraulic system to design to meet the requirements of the loader steering wire system.The loader wire steering system composition is divided into four parts.One is the electronic steering wheel device, the main function of the input to the information.The second is the angle detection device, the main function is to detect the steering angle of the front and rear frame and the steering wheel rotation angle and then feedback information to the ECU.The third part is the road feel feedback device,the device can provide certain reaction forces to the steering wheel according to the signals from ECU,then it will feedback the movement of the vehicle and tire force status to the driver.We commonly call it "road feeling".The fourth part is the control system ECU, ECU detects the information of each module device among driving to make a judgment after compare with the steering information,then it send out the corresponding control signals to the steering device.Wire steering system eliminates the mechanical connection between the steering wheel and steering device, replaced by a series of electronic unit module.Each module is connected by wire,so greatly reducing difficulties of the manufacturing and assembling.The steering of the vehicle is completely controlled by the ECU,the working process is:Firstly,each sensor detect the vehicle travel information, including speed, steering cylinder pressure, steering angle, etc.and sent out signals to the ECU all the time.Secondly,the driver operates the steering wheel to complete steering action,the sensor detects the driver’s action and sends the signal to the ECU,ECU to make a comprehensive judgment based on the signal, then sends a control signal to the steering device.Thirdly,the steering device completes the action according to the signal of the ECU, so that the vehicle can keep the vehicle in a straight line or complete steering.The steer by wire system is an electronic feedback system,which has a highly sensitivity, a fast working speed and a flexible operation.
