A Study On The Differences Of Evaluation Of Community Public Service Facilities

The existence of difference is universal and inevitable. In urban planning area of public service, whether it is objectively exists in supply difference between different spatial location, or subjective exist in using the difference between different types of characters or groups of features, have often been studied and discussed. So in the current urban public service, how to quantify differences and how to understand the differences, how to face the differences, in order to ensure the fairness and both difference, as far as possible to reduce the differences of urban external negative effects, these are worthy of our exploration and thinking.With the development of social economy, the improvement of living standards, the increase in disposable income. The level of education, occupation and economic structure of a diversified trend, the demand for public services and evaluation of community also changed with the difference. Therefore, the study of the use of community public service evaluation differences, effectively improve the level and quality of community public service has become the focus of planning policy and academic research.This paper selects the community public service facilities in the urban public service as the starting point of the study, taking the community public service facilities in Tianhe District, Guangzhou as the empirical research object. First of all, it summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the supply of community public service facilities in Tianhe District. Selected eight categories, 18 minterm community public service facilities used as evaluation index system, sample data for this study was obtained by means of questionnaire survey, and using system method combing the types and characteristics of the host community residents in Tianhe District. Then, differences between different groups of evaluation as a normative problem solving, and different of evaluating the role of differences as enlightened thinking, from on the facilities of the subjective evaluation and key consider factors study in the supply of community public service facilities of space conditions, differences between the different groups(different types of facility users) and roles(user facilities, facilities, provide participants) of the community public service facilities satisfaction and attention degree of the evaluation. Such as GIS, EXCEL, SPSS mainly on the questionnaire data were compared using statistical analysis tools, to clear the evaluation of all kinds of characters, all kinds of groups, the difference of the facilities.Finally according to the above analysis that different groups and the role of community public service facilities satisfaction and attention degree to evaluate differences overall trends and specific quantification, and the differences of formation reasons and Countermeasures of exploratory thinking and summary. Therefore, the results of this study can provide some reference for effective and differences in Tianhe District the supply of community public service facilities.
