The loess is a kind of special soil distributed widely in China’s western region. In all kinds of engineering construction and social life, the loess engineering problems will be encountered. Because of the special formation of climate, sedimentary environment and the composition, loess has special structure and texture that showed a strong structure, special mechanical properties and engineering characteristics. For the structural loess, when affected by force, increasing humidity,vibration or disturbance,its structure and mechanical properties will change. It has a great significance that research on the loess structure, disturbance of quantitative evaluation and variation characteristics,it is also very important to get knoweldge of the engineering properties and influencing factor of loess.Based on intact loess and remoulded loess under four different water content through the confined compression test and the triaxial shear test, the paper will research on the variation of structural parameters structure and disturbance function,coefficient of moistening collapsibility and variation in the condition of compression and shearing strength under under the condition using evaluation method of soil structure and disturbance influence quantitative index and oefficient of moistening collapsibility.The test shows that using different evaluation methods(the parameter of structure,the disturbance function,coefficient of moistening collapsibility,strength)reflects the law of soil structure is consistent, which further verifies the rationality of these methods.From the properties of soil,The results show that with content of water, change of stress and strain conditions and structural weakening of the same soil, loess stress-strain curve tends to coincide with the law; According to the definition of in situ soil disturbance function of undisturbed soil,the compression coefficient will be modified, the paper Provides a new idea for further study of the effects of soil unloading and preparation of engineering properties.
