| For the central cable plane prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with a single-box and muti-cell girder,the conventional preceding fulcrum traveling carriage can not meet the needs of the construction,and the study and development of the composite-style lanyards hanging basket for the construction of this kind of bridge has a very high research value.Composite-style lanyards hanging basket integrated common preceding fulcrum traveling carriage and rear-support hanging basket characteristics,which played the advantage of Guyed Form Travelers,and solved the problem of poor lateral stability problems of single cable plane cable-stayed bridge with conventional Guyed Form Travelers construction.As the engineering background of this paper,Yichang Miaozui River Bridge,has the characteristics of single cable plane,wide girder,long-segment,large segment weight.In this paper,the composite-style lanyards hanging basket used for the construction of the bridge is studied.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) The structural composition and characteristics of the composite-style lanyards hanging basket are analyzed in detail.Combined with the characteristics of hanging basket, put forward to the control principle of stiffness and strength of hanging basket.After analyzing the boundary conditions and constraints of hanging basket,the model of the hanging basket is established by using the large general finite element software ABAQUS.(2) In combination with the construction of the cantilever casting of the main beam of Yichang Miaozui Yangtze River bridge,the stress and deformation of the hanging basket under four typical unfavorable conditions are analyzed in detail,and find out the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the hanging basket in the casting condition,and get the stress characteristics and deformation characteristics of the hanging basket in the casting condition.(3) After the static analysis of the hanging and walking conditions,the stress redistribution and displacement redistribution of the hanging basket are determined after the change of the boundary and the constraint of the hanging basket,and get the deformation and stress characteristics of the hanging basket under the condition of decentralization and walking. Through the calculation of the stability of the hanging basket in the worst case, it is proved that the anti overturning stability meets the requirements of the application.(4) The installation,pre pressing,construction procedure,operation method,removal method and precautions of the composite-style lanyards hanging basket are described in detail. Combined with the actual preloading test,and simulated and analyzed the pre compression loading process,and the deformation law of the hanging basket during the loading process is obtained.According to the rule of deformation,the deformation control measures are put forward. |
