It’s 130 years from the first car born in 1886 to now in the world. During this time automobile industry has been making sustainable development and car ownership in the world in 2015 has reached about 1.12 billion. With the constant improvement of the range and increased daily usage, automobile comfort becomes an important factor to evaluate automobile. In order to cater to people’s attention and requirements on car comfortable performance, car companies take comfort as an important optimization goal in the process of production. Comfort is one of the main performance of modern high speed car. Auto workers, therefore, also gradually improve their emphasis on the study of automotive ride comfort, and they put more and more energy.It is difficult to accurately evaluate the subjective evaluation of comfortability because of personal physical condition difference. As for objective evaluation in our country, the GB/T 4970-2009 Method of running test-Automobile ride comfort was revised in 2009, and acceleration data of road and random input pulse input is used to calculate and evaluate. Based on the theory of vehicle ride comfort, using the digital signal processing related knowledge and in accordance with the latest test method standard, in vc + + 6.0 platform, we filtered the original acceleration signal, calculate the evaluation index, generated the evaluation results of graph and data tables, and automatically generated the test report. A more convenient and integration services was provided for data analysis and writing the test report.The ride comfort test raw data was dealt with frequency weighting network processing in time domain. Choosed highest adaptive filter design method and first design analog prototype filter, then converted it to the desired frequency digital filter. Used level of screening method to compare the characteristics of four kinds of prototype filter and curve with the required for filtering the inosculation of two layers of screening, selected the appropriate prototype filter, and the original data to be weighted filter, got important spectrum data processing.After the raw data for processing, we calculated comfort evaluation index of the data according to the related evaluation standards. Pulse peak coefficient, maximum acceleration and vibration dose on the driving data input were calculated and analysed; Driving of random input data for each direction of the weighted acceleration root mean square value of each measuring point, the total root mean square value of weighted acceleration and the speed of the comprehensive weighted acceleration RMS value were calculated and analyzed, finally linked the results to subjective body feeling; Power spectral density of random input data was calculated in frequency domain, and amplitude frequency characteristics of vibration process were calculated and analyzed, and evaluated vehicle vibration system within the scope of the human body sensitive attenuation effect.We developed test data comfortability evaluation system in vc + + 6.0 environment with designing the user interface and calculation function. Data input and data import module, random input evaluation module and evaluation module, input pulse report automatically generated module were established. With creating OLE automation object and Excel and Word service connection in vc + + 6.0 we imported Excel data, inserted text chart to write Word documents, and eventually reached the evaluation results in the form of Word report automatically. Simple user friendly operation interface was designed to make convenient evaluation process, simple operation.
