| In this paper, we choose a soft buried carbonaceous phyllite tunnel named WuDu Xi which of Chen Wu expressway as support project, on the basis of geological data collected and surveied on-site construction method, we combined previous research exp erience and the monitoring and measuring of stress on supporting structure, Wudu Xi s oft rock tunnel rock stress field and displacement field were analyzed and summarized,and discussed deformation mechanisms and influencing factors of Wuduxi tunnel, fina llycompared support measures supporting effect. The main specific contents are as follows:(1) analysis of buried soft Wuduxi carbonaceous phyllite tunnel’s deformation feat ures and characteristics of the force of surrounding rock and supporting structure. Acc ording to Wuduxi tunnel’s deformation and site monitoring results we analysised the amount of convergence of tunnel’s surrounding rock, the tunnel’s perimeter convergenc erate, vault settlement, vault settlement rate, the press feature of the first layer and the surrounding rock and the pressure variation of every measure point, the press feature of the first layer and the second layer and the pressure variation of every measure p oint, the second lining supporting structure distribution of pressure, comparative and an alysis of three branches of the supporting structure’s mechanical characteristics, compar ative and analysis of large deformation and non-segment large deformation sections of the tunnel crown settlement and surrounding convergence curve, the correction of the amount of tunnel convergence and tunnel construction period, the cumulative amount of deformation of supporting structure after supporting structure closed, analyzes the e xtent applicable of Wuduxi tunnel’s monitoring data with the existing norms of law, t he pressure distribution of supporting structure around the tunnel and the supporting st ructure characteristics of Wuduxi tunnel and the traditional research.(2) we combination of laboratory and field tests and geological exploration data a nalysised large deformation mechanism of Wuduxi tunnel. First, according to material mechanics theory, Wuduxi tunnel’s elastic analysis, elastoplastic analysis, viscoelastic pl asticity analysis and the results show Wuduxi tunnel will have small convergence defo rmation, and after design changes their tunnel does not appear large deformation and collapse and other accidents, but in practice it appears tunnel collapse and other accid ents,,so I use structure of rock mechanics analysis method, combining laboratory tests and field electron microscope field surveys, the tunnel and the surrounding rock massis assumed to be 60 ° angle to the tunnel section of layered rock in the calculation of layered rock, found in the original rock stress conditions curved beam deformation and collapse slip deformation is very likely to occur, that is in accordance with the th eory of layered rock tunnel stress analysis more in line with the reality of the situatio n, in order to identify the factors controlling the occurrence of Wuduxi tunnel collapse and other large deformation phenomena.(3)we evaluate two supporting scheme of supporting effect of Wuduxi tunnel desi gn changes before and after. The numerical simulation method is using to discusse the change design of supporting schemes, tunnel support structure deformation characterist ics and surrounding rock deformation characteristics; The support scheme using change d scheme 2, the convergence deformation of the retaining structure characteristics and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock. Focuses on the changes after the supp ort scheme ii for inhibition of layered rock bedding slip effect, and change the suppor t scheme after two support structure deformation characteristics relative to the support plan 1 advantages and disadvantages, thus clear that scheme is more suitable for appli cation in Wuduxi tunnel in the large deformation. |
