Reinforced concrete structure has good mechanical properties, low cost, etc.But when reinforced concrete is in erosion environment(such as bridges, roads, hydraulic structures,dock project), steel corrosion will seriously affect the safety and durability of the structure. In order to solve a series of problems in reinforced concrete structures caused by corrosion, it is necessary to use new materials to replace steel. Fiber Reinforced Polymer Reinforcement are light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, low density, etc. So it can well replace steel to apply to the practical engineering. At present, various types of business appear many different surface structure of GFRP tendons,but the domestic and foreign research of surface structure effect on GFRP bond performance is rough,and needs to be refined.Therefore,carrying out a research of surface structure effect on GFRP bond performance has very important significance. This paper adopts the means of the simulation analysis and establishes GFRP reinforced concrete drawing model with different surface structure of GFRP, and deeply analyzes its bonding property. Specific content as follows:(1) It mainly introduces the compose of FRP bars, different surface structure and its forming method and purpose, mechanical properties, and the research status of FRP bars.(2) On the basis of existing research,summarizing bonded FRP tendons concrete performance research status, and foreign scholars has established several kinds of FRP reinforcement constitutive relation model, analyzing the bond between FRP bars and concrete and its working principle,listing the factors affecting the bond strength of FRP bars.(3) This paper introduces the the basic theory of finite element method and this paper uses finite element software--ANSYS,by defining the material parameters and choosing reasonable elements type established the drawing finite element model of GFRP reinforced concrete that need be analyzed in this article.Respectively simulating different surface structure GFRP and concrete, comparative analyzing the stress of concrete, the stress and strain of GFRP bars, the bond stress and slide and so on. Thus to study the effect that different surface structure on GFRP bar bond performance.In order to verify the accuracy and applicability of this finite element analysis software simulating,this paper combines with the existing test to establish corresponding parameter finite element model and then compares the model result with the test result. The result of simulation analysis has good consistency with the test result.(4) On the basis of domestic and foreign research on the bond-anchoring length ofGFRP bars, According to the calculation results of the finite element analysis in this paper,put forward the bond-anchoring length design suggest with considering GFRP reinforcement surface structure.The involving content of the paper provides a certain reference value for application of GFRP in practical engineering.
