| Tower crane is necessary in construction site, its characteristics include working height, lifting characteristics of large carrying capacity and long operation time, the safety of tower crane is very important, stability is particularly important. The inclination of tower crane is an important factor of safety, there is a certain relationship between the accidents and the inclination of tower crane. So researchers are paying close attention to the measurement method of the inclination of tower crane.The traditional measurement method of the inclination of tower crane is using the theodolite, the precision is low and operation is complex. Therefore, the design of a high precision, complete function measurement system can be great of social significance, it is also value in other areas.Aiming at the limitation of the manual measurement method, through the comparison of some displacement, angle measuring sensors, inclination sensor is suitable as the system core.For a comprehensive understanding of the various possible inclination deformation of tower crane, the simulation model of tower crane is built with Ansys. S imulation analysis is carried out on some inclined condition of tower crane, the tilt state can be checked intuitively, and the force of tower crane on some conditions are analyzed to judge whether it has flexible deformation, provide some reference for data compensation. The analysis of the model shows that tower will produce bending, twisting, shaking, rotation and attitude under external disturbances. The result of dynamic analysis show that the instantaneous tilt of crane may be too large during the operation. Through the above analysis, to grasp the overall deformation of the tower crane accurately, the multipoint measurement of tower crane is necessary, so a segmental measurement scheme is necessary. In order to prevent the instantaneous excessive tilt and false alarm, the corresponding function should also be set, which provides a reference for the design of the measurement system.The measurement procedure is designed, and make analysis about the details like as the installation position, the attitude, the results show that the design is reasonable. On the basis of the above work, the simple tilt sensor based on the ADXL345 acceleration sensor is designed, and the factors influencing the accuracy are analysed, more detailed measuring principle is given for the angle sensor is introduced. It is also applied to test the wireless communication module.A kind of tower crane segment measurement system and the computer software are designed. To compare the experimental result with the actual measurement of theodolite multiple measurement result, the result shows that they are basically the same, the accuracy of the measurement system is proved. The result of crane segment measurement and wireless experiment show that the system can display the overall tilt state of tower crane accurately, the error is small. The experimental test results of wireless communication display that this system can display the inclined tower crane in a timely manner. This method is more simple, and it will be a pretty good guide and it will have practical application for safe operation of the tower crane. |
