Chain rental youth apartments appears as a new product in the markets recently. It faces to the very group of young people and has the special construction pattern. The development of the apartments is not mature and the research on the apartments is missing. But it has a strong market demand and it is going to develop rapidly in the future. This research aims to fill the study blank of this field and provide a professional reference for the design of youth apartments.The introduction emphasizes the purpose and the meaning of this research. Through the analyzing of the current situation and the ideal demand of the living group, the research receives the comparatively complete standard.
