| The hydrogen maser is a high-precision time and frequency standard which is widely used in the fields where need high-precision time-frequency signal, because of its excellent short-term and long-term frequency stability. However, due to the effects,such as the cavity pulling effect, the variation in temperature of resonant cavity is a major contributor to the stability of the hydrogen maser output frequency. As a consequence, to provide a good constant temperature environment is very necessary to ensure the stability of the hydrogen maser.The system hardware based on MSC1210Y5 which is the control core of the system, peripheral circuit includes temperature measurement module, PWM module, heating module, data communication module and power module. The system control adopts PID algorithm. The PC monitoring software is designed for data acceptance, data storage and data redisplay.This paper introduces the internal and oversea development status of hydrogen maser and temperature control system of the resonant cavity. In order to determine the system design objectives, the temperature coefficient of resonant cavity is obtained by experiment, then, introduces the system hardware, software and PC monitoring software design detailedly, finally, sets up and runs the system. Through the analysis of the data collected, the stabilization of temperature control of two sections is better than ±5×10-4□. Therefore, the system achieved the anticipated objective. |
