With the development of society, we are increasingly focused on protecting their daily living environment, and gradually become green travel when people travel the preferred way to travel, so the electric car slowly into our world. Lithium batteries as the main driving force composed of elements of electric vehicles, an accurate understanding of the inner workings of the battery status, whether real-time monitoring of the battery in the normal working environment is the main content of this research, we can estimate the health status of the lithium battery(SOH) reaction the battery is healthy work only accurate estimate of the health status of the battery in order to ensure people’s travel safety.Firstly, lithium iron phosphate as the research object, introduces the basic meaning of the health of lithium batteries, lithium batteries by analyzing the working principle and the establishment of a structure composed of lithium equivalent circuit model, followed by simulating different experimental environmental research the capacity degradation characteristics of lithium batteries, lithium batteries conclusion that resistance changes have a significant impact on their health, so this issue is mainly an internal resistance of the battery as a major factor in estimating the health status of the battery.This article describes the curve subsequent clustering algorithm B- spline realize the resistance curve classification, to build a foundation environment, experimental design specific programs, in different ways to discharge lithium battery charge and discharge cycles the experimental procedure used in the battery internal resistance tester real time recording its resistance changes, the resistance variation curve drawing, and curve resistance classification analysis, based on the establishment of the final completion of the hidden Markov model based on experimental data obtained lithium battery health status online estimate.
