| Trace liquid filling system is mainly applied in the production process of chemical engineering, food, medicine, etc. the extraction of essential oil, oral solution, injection, and other products with high economic value through the complex process have stricter and more stringent requirements for the production environment, filling accuracy and quality of packaging.In the paper, the existing common problems in the essential oil filling system, such as instable technology, low filling efficiency, inaccurate measurement, low informatization and intelligent degree are studied. By systematically combining with the advanced mechanical manufacturing technology, servo control technology and industrial control technology, the paper mainly study how to improve technology, improve the measurement precision, realize the online supplementary filling and enhance system reliability and stability. The specific research contents are as follows:(1) On the basis of the rotary type filling structure,this paper made technological improvements and the structure optimization on the original system according to the technological requirements;(2) In order to solve the cumulative error in the filling process, measurement steel displacement detection feedback link based on grating ruler is designed and genetic PID control is adopted to improve the performance of the system and ensure that the filling accuracy of equipment;(3) Self-calibration filling link based on quality inspection is designed. The amount of supplementary filling is calculated according to the inspection data. Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller PID compound control strategy is applied to ensure the precision and stability of the filling system;(4) Essential oil filling position servo control system based on PLC control and supplementary filling measurement and control system based on STM32 are designed. The serial communication in the master-slave control system is realized the main, ensuring that the coordinated and steady operation of the whole system.With rotary type small capacity of filling system as the research object, a series of measures of enhancing the filling reliability and accuracy is put forward. The technological achievements that can be promoted in the filling industry are formed. The research also has certain reference significance in improving the performance of linear large capacity of filling system. |
