Thermal contact resistance is widely used and has especially an important value for the aerospace industry, which has become an important factor parameters in the aerospace industry. Accurately acquiring the thermal resistance between the two aerospace solid materials can be economical and effective design the spacecraft. In this paper, the measurement principle of thermal contact resistance is studied, and the measuring device for measuring thermal contact resistance is designed according to the principle of steady state method. Each subsystem of the measuring device is studied、 analyzed and designed. Using the finite element software ANSYS, the simulation analysis of the measurement system is carried out. In addition, two methods for calculating thermal contact resistance are proposed:a mathematics method Which is correspond to real statement of the two contact rough surfaces,Which are characterized by fractal geometry, and rough surface Which based on the elastic contact deformation can r calculate the thermal contact resistance; in another Way, a three-dimensional fractal surface topographies computer model of engineering rough surfaces Was constructed, and simulation on the model and analytical calculation for TCR Were performed. Analysis and simulation of the system shows:measuring the thermal contact resistance of the designed system means having a high accuracy and a wider range of applications, has certain application value for engineering and aerospace applications.
