The vibration problem caused by ocean platform working in harsh marine environment for a long time, has received wide attention of scholars both at home and abroad. However, the research and application of structural control in the field of marine engineering is still in its infancy, involves the research achievements of vibration control of offshore platform are few in number. So, the reliability and safety of offshore platform structure is a very important for coastal engineering. In this background, this article has carried on the numerical simulation research for the following aspects:Taking offshore tower structure of TOWER-1 as an example, numerical simulations are conducted under wave and seismic wave under the combined action of platform structures. Considering the fluid added mass effects and fluid-structure coupling effect on the structure of the corresponding effect, the dynamic response of offshore platform structure under different load condition parameters are analyzed. A lead viscoelastic damper for offshore platform structure vibration control differential equation is established. The restoring force model of the damper and its vibration control effect is analyzed in theory, and discussed the different damper layout position, sliding force and support stiffness on vibration reduction effect.The research results show that the different wave parameters have great influence on the dynamic response of the platform structure. Lead viscoelastic vibration reduction scheme of offshore platform is a kind of effective vibration reduction measures. Arrangement and parameters adjustment of damper for vibration reduction effects significantly.
