| The storage shelf, one of the most important storage equipments of logistics, is widely applied to manufacture, logistics, tobacco, medicament, commerce, electromechanics and many other industries. Thereinto, the heavy steel structure shelves, with their advantages of short installation period, convenient production and small components, have become the most widespread storage instrument. The designers usually emphasize on the rigidity, intensity and stability. Therefore, it seems necessary to make the internal force analysis on the steel structure shelves.This project will choose the most economic size and specification from the hot rolled H section steel, cold bending hollow rectangular steel tube, cold bending hollow square steel tube and hot rolling groove steel which fulfill the requirements of intensity, stability and deformation through calculation; then establish the finit element model of steel structure shelf with ANSYS structure analysis software accoding to the choosing result and make the simulation analysis to it; next make the statics analysis to the monermer model and stacking place of different loading steel shelves; after that, make the finit element analysis to the deformation of multiple rows steel shelves infected by the wind load; last use the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to simulate the model influenced by the impact load, so that to verify the intensity and deformation of the structure.The result of the finit element analysis will proofread the calculating result to demonstrate that this steel structure shelf has enough intensity and rigidity. Throug simulating the deformation of steel shelves infected by the wind load, it will get the maximum load of multiple rows steel shelves. Through analyzing the structure under the effect of the impact load, it will prove that the structure contain certain safety margin of intensity and rigidity. The result of this project will provide gist to other steel structure analysis and lay the foundation to the optimal design. |
