Human in nature suffered radiation are derived from different radiation sources. The radiation source can come from natural radiation or various types of radiation emitted from artificial nuclear reactions, nuclear medical diagnostics and so on. Because of the radiation is inevitable, humans survey the natural radiation most of all the radiations, surveys show that up to now everyone in the world have been affected by a certain percentage according to this feature from these radiation. Therefore, natural and artificial radiation can be used as a radiation source of radiation levels by comparing a level of control. In addition, it can, for example as a general description of the radiation is commonly used in public occasions. That is, because of the individual dose from natural radiation can be calculated citizen collective dose as the impact of the citizen health indicators, the impact of various types of radiation sources can be widely used in comparison. In other words, owing to the impact of the public health indicators are based on aggregated from individual dose of natural radiation collective dose in all the public. For these reasons, it is important for us to understand the individual and collective doses of natural radiation. For this purpose, this paper depends on the measurement of air emissivity results to calculate the individual dose rate per person and per year. And to many public gathering places in Urumqi city, namely part of universities, high schools, elementary schools, kindergarten playgrounds, parks in the city and surrounding parts of the tourist attractions and parts of the hospitals department of radiology in the corridor, as well as the cabin air radiation dose was measured and studied when the aircraft fly at a safety altitude. Whether the annual effective dose agree with national standards to the people who are in the studied workplace by air dose rate.The estimates indicate that:1) In the different regions of schools and kindergartens the average air radiation dose rate are 0.1μSv/h, annual 0.321mSv/years in Urumqi.2) In different parts of the park in Urumqi, total average values of the air radiation dose rate is within the normal range, but the radiation rate of marble is higher. Such as red hills of white marble measuring value 157nGy/h, South Park in front of the gate of the marble is 133nGy/h, all park’s total average value is within the range of background.3) The view spot measured air radiation dose rate values lawn near Urumqi, all tourist attractions measured value is within 85~100nGy/h. within the range of background.4) In different parts of Urumqi hospital CT room measurements of air radiation dose rates in descending order are: Chest Hospital(0.161μSv/ h)> Friendship Hospital(0.159μSv/h)> People’s Hospital(0.138μSv/h)> Medical University hospital(0.132μSv/h)> Traditional Chinese medicine Hospital(0.117μSv/h).5) In Xinjiang several representative County ground surface radiation, for Northern Xinjiang Xinyuan County Grassland grass(0.122μSv/h) ground surface radiation dose rate is higher than the Gongliu County Grassland lawn(0.078μSv/h). On the Southern border, the order of ground surface radiation dose rate; Wushi County(0.22μSv/h)> Bachu County(0.20μSv/h)> Yecheng(0.185μSv/h)> Alar desert(0.18μSv/h)> Baicheng(0.17μSv/h)> Xinhe County(0.16μSv/h). This situation is related to ground surface radiation and geological conditions. The results show that the radiation dose rates of the air in Urumqi city center and the surroundings do not cause significant local air pollution, and could not bring negative impacts on public health.From the above results show that, Urumqi city and the surrounding environment is not found abnormal region, air radiation dose rate on the public places of activity did not cause significant local pollution, the public health will not have a negative impact.6) It takes eight hours from Urumqi to Shanghai by plane, the highest value of the air radiation rate is 5.46μSv/h and 3.36μSv/h, lowest values is 0.12μSv/h and 0.13μSv/h, within half an hour the average value is respectively 2.4382μSv/h and 1.24μSv/h. It takes four hours from Guangxi to Urumqi, the highest value of the air radiation rate is 5.25μSv/h, lowest values is 0.12μSv/h, the total average of the air radiation rate of 1.475μSv/h, compared with the local radiation rate in Urumqi is 24.38 times, 12.4 times, 14.75 times higher.So the air radiation dose rate is higher in aircraft, long term ride of the aircraft the human body suffer certain radiation effect.
