| In the 21 century,a large number of tunnels need to be built for rail roads,highway,hydropower,subway.Research on TBM boring performance is always a hot issue at present, which has important reference value to the type selection and design of TBM and the construction period and cost prediction.In this paper, Shanxi Dashuiwang Water Project was taken as the background, a lot of jobsite data have been collected through field tests and records, including the geological conditions, boring parameters, cutter consumption and replacement records. Based on the analysis of engineering geological data and boring parameters,TBM performance was studied by using a combination method of mathematically statistical analysis and software SPSS analysis. These analyses include TBM utilization and availability and the correlation between TBM boring parameters and the surrounding rock. The relationship can be determined through data analysis. The main factors affecting the advance speed of TBM was identified by using stepwise linear regression analysis, and then the regression model for the prediction of TBM penetration rate was established. The credibility of the model has been verified by comparing the measured values and calculated values.The results on boring performances study of this paper are obtained through collecting and analyzing the actual data of the machine in construction site. It shows that there is a significant difference on TBM boring parameters and efficiency under different surrounding rock conditions; TBM performances have a strong correlation with boring parameters and geological parameters. The results of this study can be taken as a reference for TBM design and performance prediction to other similar projects. |
