| Recently, some major railway accidents caused significant damages to property lossandpeople’s life, making people realize that how tosafe drivingbecomes the bottleneck to limit the development of the rail way.Now the existing track circuit monitoring system in our countryis built on the basis of electromagnetic principle, which is vulnerable to the interference of electromagnetic signal.And now CAN bus technology is used for collecting data to transfer, while the transmission speed is slow and cannot meet the requirements of current monitoring system. Therefore,only solving the problems of electromagnetic interference of track circuitand the slow speed of data transmission canwe solve safe driving problems from the root.Relying on the new moon yellow railroad project study, this paper designed the railway signal monitoring system based on optical fiber sensing technology, solved the problem of existing rail to take up.This design used the FBG sensors to monitor the deformation of rail,withthe lower machine using STM32F373 CC as main control chip to execute the collection driver module, processing module and network module. Using the driver module driven fiber modem, and processing module using A/D collectting the output data signals of the fiber optic modem and the voltage data of rail, through MCU’s processing and analysis to calculate the FBG wavelength and track voltage, the data transfer to the upper machine through the network module.The interface display system of the upper machine uses the LabVIEW platform to write,mainly used to judge axle counter of optical fiber, orbit occupied interface display and store data query functions.Finally the test data show thatthe new type of axle FBG sensor devices and Ethernet communicationsolved the problems of the electromagnetic interference of track circuitand the slow data transmission speed. Andthe monitoring system is easy to operate andachieved the desired effect. |
