| As one of the most crucial parts in the locomotive bogie of freight trains, rolling bearing immediately guarantees the safety and stable running of those trains. Therefore, it remains a primary concern of transportation department. Despite the fact that the 197726 bearing used to be a major kind of rolling bearings, its early failure within the quality assurance period has been a great hidden trouble of railway transportation safety due to the fast promotion on the use of rolling bearings. Thus, to ensure the safety in the transportation of freight trains, it is necessary to set up a dynamic model and further analyze the failures caused by the 197726 bearing. To ensure proper analysis of rolling bearing faults, this paper respectively adopts normal bearing model, the outer ring fault model, the inner fault model, and the failure model of the rolling element set up by Solidworks, combined with their dynamics simulations by the use of ADAMS software. By comparing with different datas both from simulations as well as experiments, thus the correctness of bearing models is verified. Moreover, the types of failure can also be diagnosed according to spectral analysis of those simulation results with the help of resonance demodulation technology. By constant comparison of data from the locomotive wheelset experiment table of bearing faults and data from dynamic simulations, this paper aims to further optimize the bearing model with faults. |
