Energy saving and emission reduction is an important research topic in the world. Because of the advantages of the LED, such as high luminous efficiency, long life, easily controlling,energy saving and environmental protection, LED lighting is gradually replacing the traditional lighting. The project funded by Guangzhou Science and Technology Project(2013J4300021) and Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Project(2012A080304012), in order to make full use of natural light, so as to achieve energy-saving lighting, a control strategy based on natural lighting and BP neural network for indoor lighting is studied. By controlling the luminous flux of LED lights, it not only makes full use of natural light and saves lighting electricity, but also achieving the effect of uniform illumination and comfortable lighting.By the way of theory research and software simulation, the CIE sky types discriminant method, natural lighting control method and indoor lighting consistency control method are respectively studied, an efficient control strategy for indoor lighting is designed.First of all, the paper studies the CIE sky model, and designs a kind of CIE sky type identification method, which can accurately select a kind of CIE sky type to correspond to the current actual sky condition, its accuracy is above 80%;Secondly, the paper studies the natural lighting, designs a natural lighting control strategy.It divides the window into three zones, by adjusting the angle of each curtain, it can realize the reasonable collection of natural light, make the distribution of natural light in the room more uniform.;Thirdly, the indoor lighting control method is studied, an indoor lighting control strategy is designed, this strategy combines BP neural network and optical transfer function matrix method, it can not only make full use of natural light, but aslo realize indoor illumination consistency, achieve energy-saving and comfortable lighting.Finally, through the DIAlux software simulation, the paper analyzes the actual application results of the indoor lighting control strategy, the results show that the control method has a good lighting performance, Indoor illumination uniformity is improved by 13%, power saving performance is increased by 34%, maximum illumination error is controlled at 30 lx, and the average error is only 12 lx.
