Deck Assessment And Application Of Waterproof And Adhesive Layer Material Properties

Bridge construction is an important part of road development, the deck waterproofing adhesive layer is a bridge design and construction focus and difficulty. Although domestic and foreign waterproof adhesive layer on deck are a lot of research, but still lacks a unified scientific technical specifications and design specifications, and waterproof adhesive material are jumbled, resulting in the bridge due to the waterproof adhesive layer produces a lot of disease problems, affect driving safety and bridge durability.In this paper, the climatic conditions in Guangdong Province as the background,combined with the comparison of a variety of waterproof adhesive material, select SBS modified bitumen, the modified FYT-1 and AMP-100 second-order reaction-type, three representative waterproof adhesive material conduct research, and through the bridge deck pavement mechanics and temperature field analysis to determine the Guangdong region of waterproof adhesive layer shear strength index under high temperature conditions.Secondly, through the indoor test of waterproof adhesive material permeability resistance,high temperature performance, extensibility and stain resistance of basic performance verification; Through performance test under different dosage of waterproof bonding layer, it is concluded that the optimum dosage of waterproof adhesive material, and to determine the drawing strength, shearing strength and temperature, and the interface roughness condition such as the relationship between the law, and to determine whether conform to the high temperature performance of the conditions.Finally, this paper combined with Zhuhai Jinwan Interchanges Project, studied the bridge panel processing mode and process, determine the blasting to suit for bridge panel processing;The modified FYT-1 and AMP-100 second-order reaction-type waterproof adhesive material in the practical engineering application for testing evaluation; Also on bridge deck waterproofing adhesive layer in the white to black pavement application expand. In this paper,we study the contents of the choice of bridge deck waterproofing adhesive layer and application of Guangdong Province provides a certain reference value.
