At present, with the advocation of the central collective leadership and the national government vigorously for the new energy vehicles, electric cars entered our life fast. With the long-term development ability of a product must have an excellent characteristic, as one of the core component of electric vehicle frame, must have enough strength, stiffness and good dynamic characteristics and reliability, So the research of frame analysis has a very profound significance for improving the safety of the electric car and market competitiveness.Thesis research object is a pure electric vehicle frame. Firstly, building the three-dimensional entity model by the professional 3D modeling tools CREO software, and then through the ANSYS/Workbench built-in mature two-way CAD interface import that into the finite element software, the last using the preprocessor dissociates the three-dimensional digital model to finite element model. Based on the representative four kinds of power battery arrangement scheme were presented, do the static characteristic analysis and prestressed modal analysis of frame in electric vehicles operating conditions including full bending condition and emergency braking conditions.Obtain the maximum deformation displacement and the maximum equivalent stress of the chassis,extract the first six orders frequency and modal characteristics of the frame and made a comparative analysis, summarize a kind of reference value for research of power battery arrangement scheme.Analyse the reasons of the old frame strenuous vibration and even damaged, optimize the problem frame with topology optimization method, and then a new frame is established and proved the new frame performance is better than the original; aiming at vibration modes maximum displacement value of a minimum of the new frame as our goal, put the car roof quality, height of the car roof center of mass position as the design variables to do a target optimization design; In the study also verified the meshing quality directly affects the reliability of the analysis results; before any finite element analysis must be validated grid independence, in order to avoid excessive deviates from the value of the actual results.The result of the research provides a theoretical basis for the study of similar car frame and has certain reference value, it also has very important significance to improve the vehicle performance.
