| The rapid development of Chinese economy and the accelerated process of Chinese urbanization have brought the Chinese modern life, meanwhile, the phenomenon such as narrow city space, the growing city population and accelerated population flow is bringing up a new urban traffic issue. Urban rail transit is a good way to relieve urban traffic congestion, at the same time, as for people’s everyday life and production, the noise and vibration caused by rail traffic have brought many negative impacts.In order to solve the noise problem of city rail transportation, a variety of fasteners and reduce vibration ballast bed were developed. Among various vibration reduction measures, the steel spring floating slab track can effectively reduce the vibration of metro trains, and reduce the noise.Based on the reality and the existing research results, the 3D solid model of track foundation was established by using ANSYS finite element software on the basis of previous studies. Steel spring vibration isolation principle of floating slab track structure and mechanical properties of a series of research were studied, mainly including: completing the modal analysis of steel spring floating slab track structure; presenting the influence rules of the stiffness of the fastener, the density and the thickness of the floating slab, the stiffness and spacing of steel springs on the mode of the floating slab. Through further analysis, during the vibration caused by the country’s train passing along the track structure- inverted arch tunnel- the vibration propagation law of soil were studied, and the steel spring floating slab track system parameter selection suggestion of reasonable range of values were given, combined with modal analysis, harmonic response analysis, and transient analysis.This paper drew a conclusion through analysis and calculation. When the fastener stiffness increased, the floating frequency difference plate was 0.05Hz; When the floating slab track length increased, the change of frequency of low order vibration frequency is smaller, high order changed significantly; The natural frequency of floating slab track(FST) increased with the increase of steel spring vertical stiffness; the spacing of steel spring steel spring had little influence on the first 3 order natural frequency; when the floating slab track section caused by vibration mass became larger, 1 natural frequencies of the steel spring decreased under the bed; when the subway operations generated by the vibration of the ground at the top of the center line of the tunnel line was biggest, the surface vibration gradually reduced with the increase of distance. For the future of steel spring floating slab track structure design, construction and maintenance to provided a certain basis. |
